We got to learn about the skills on youth leadership development during PTC by The Asborbment Mind (TAM). As in, Qualities & Beliefs of a Facilitator, Principles of Experiential Learning (Creating Awareness), Challenge By Choice, Slow Methodologies, Comfort Zone theory and many more. And, all this is applied through games, activity, High & Low element and even in real life context. To simply put, it's seem like every things around us that we can enforce on leadership qualities.

Similarly, i reckon it goes to the rest too! It was my first time facilitating, and i got to learn quite a no. of knowledge & skills through different experiences and situation that i faces throughout this 4 days 3 nights. Though there's bounds to conflicts but it's good as we got to learn to comprise through storming to norming and then, performing. By seeing how unknown people got to know each other, follow by bonding, displaying team work, being a true leader and influencing one another at all times. It kinda a sense of achievement and this experiences will definitely last a lifetime in the back of my mind. Lastly, during the campfire night, everyone is in high spirit! (=

PINNACLE'S RACE CLINIC, KISMIS.
Headed down to school at 1pm to met up with Ben, KaiHoow, Soon & YongHui for the race clinic. JiaXuan, Ken, Hidaya, WenJun & JianLong was there. We was taught on orienteering and been tested on that. Likewise, on abseiling and ascending.
Ascending was a tough one indeed!
Approximately 5pm, we met up with MaoQuan, WeiKia & ChenYi for campus run and next off for dinner at B.Timah's market.Back home at 9pm.

Morgan Leong love to catwalk everywhere!
Take a short nap, and headed down to Parkway Parade and met up with 3'JDS, YuRong, WanJing, Morgan, Arsi, DesmondSim, EnXian at Gaint to purchase the BBQ's item. Followby, a short walk to the pit and started BBQ. Soon, Brandy,JunCheng, Carol & DesmondAw came down. Approxmately 12, some headed home. While the rest of us cycle to the jetty, some gained tips from JunCheng as he's a expert in fishing. And we went for night cycling to Changi Airport. A long jounery indeed, everyone legs turn wobbly when we're back at 7am. All of their expression is damn hilarious! (= Likewise, a great thanks to Asri & co. for taking care of everything!
Reached home at 11am.
P.S: I glad that the misunderstanding is now clear, it had been kinda awkward for the past few months.
Met up with MaoQuan, JiaXuan, Weilson at TenMile Junction as they went to get some BBQ stuff and headed down to the pit by MaoQuan's father lorry. Soon, the weather turn bad with dark clouds and strong wind. Thus, we decided to wait and see how it goes. Fortunatly, after waiting for about 1/2 hour, the weather was much more better and started the fire. Everything goes on smoothly and MaoQuan was relieved! As time goes by, more & more people came as well as the Alumnis.
Many sat by the seaside, listening to the sea breeze.
Played volleyball, games throughout the night & had Macdonald's breakfast. Reached home at 9.

Initally, we planned to jog but due to the weather, it was changed to catch a midnight movie instead. Met up with KaiHoow, Weilson, MaoQuan, JiaXuan & Iszwan at Paragon. Stay through the night and headed home.
Overall, some of the paper was challenging.
After Soil Sciences' test, went to complete our project with Stacey, XueQi & MeiShen. Manage to get it done by 6, follow by meeting Maoquan & Weilson for running. Completed 10km, indeed a tough run. Got to train harder as Pinnacle race is just 2 week away!
Followby, meeting up with Ben & KaiHoow at Lot1 for dinner.
Met up with KaiHoow, MaoQuan, Weilson, Mirza & Derrick at Changi Beach as some of the OB's peeps are running. Played games and some conversation.

Met up with 1G03's girl in the morning for LSCT' Charity Bazar for YEP Cambodia. Some of the senior burn the midnight oil just to bake some cookies & muffins to raise funds, goodjob!
1pm-4pm: IS classes.
Aftermath, met up with 3's JDS, Morgan, Desmond Aw, Asri & JunCheng for a business talk.
Thus, headed to the clubhouse for training & volleyball with OB's peeps.
After training, Kaihoow was blindfolded, spashed water on him.
He heard some of the conversation and the most funny part was that he thought
that he have to walk on brunt characoal. AHAAS! (=
But to his utter dismay, it was a cake!
Wash-up and headed down to KAP' for dinner.
And, the 2nd Celebration's was on friday after OB's training including the Alumni. (=

Although he didn't express much of his feeling but deep down,
he was Astonished!
Furthermore, he had to skate with the party hat on his head.
And, when we're done with skating, he's only allowed to take it off at 12am.

Been calling her cell-phone since 9 but no avail. Thus, met her up at 1pm & continue as planned.
It's been an enjoyable day as it keeps our mind off works & problems.
Swimming, sun-tanning & sauna, follow by WestMall to meet up with Niramol for dinner.

It'd been quite sometime since we last had our gathering under the Sun.
Met up with CNDBs at our agreed rendezvous point; Harbour Font Interchange.

The weather was great & sunny !
Played games & volleyball till 4. Then it was pouring heavily and we were all drenched once after we bath.
Aftermath, headed to Vivo City.
One thing led to another and after indulging in a gastronomic dinner. Approximately 7pm, eewin left as she had a chalet to attend. Next it was decided to catch a movie, Confession Of A Shopaholic at Iluma. The show was 11.50pm and we have about 3 hours before it start screening. Stroll leisurely & played arcade. It's an awesome movie !
Overall, its been a beatific & delirious day ! (=

It's interesting & creative, likewise, one could express his/her feeling to their loves one by journalling which pictures couldn't depicts stories or words.
27 March 09, Friday.
Fico Sport Hub, Football.
The evening was very still and the darkness carried out the scent of the dew-rinsed earth as we reached our destination. Fico Hub, as it's known to the people from the Zoological (BQT, AMR, Chef, Catering Sale), Jurong Bird Park & NS stood basking in the glory of hosting a football competition. Despite the inconvenience, many supporters from various team had gathered, eagerly anticipating one of the least-often-held competition that's being organised. The teams are giving their very best in every match in order to make it to the top. The aroma of food wafted through our nostrils as there's stalls selling inviting food and refreshing drinks.
The game was so enjoyable that we was not aware that time has passed and there were few minutes left. Neither team had scored and as time elapsed, the tension grew stronger. Suddenly, the Service team ( Bqt & catering sale ) were in possession and were heading straight towards the opposition's goal area. And, GOAL !!! What a powerful shot he gave. Hurray ! Screams of euphoria erupted from all of us.
But the other team played very well too.
Follow by, the next match which determine the team to go for the final were between the Service team and the Zoology. The stench of perspiration filled the air as they walked out of the field. We knew that they have gave their 100% effort in this game and they're ranked forth. Good job, guys !
Now, the other teams that had struggled to make their way to the top were now set to compete for the grand title.
Every experience that one had, enriches his/her life.
To me, the experience left a lasting impression in my heart (I believe it goes to the rest of them too ) as it was one of the most enjoyable times we had spent together.
Uncertainty or Reality.

She don't know how long it takes, it's tiring.

Played games through out the night, it was hilarious !
However, we didn't manage to see the Sun rise as it was raining.
Met up with QinHui to Woodland centre at approximately 6pm, follow by meeting up with Chef, AhLiang. Thus, headed off towards Cineleisure to catch up with the rest of the staff.
Watching a movie, Coming Soon was part of the plan and it did take a long time before we were at the cinema due to the show was screening at 12.15am.

Irwan & co. were playing computer games while, the rest of us were thinking of celebrating Irwan's birthday. Last minute plan and it was so rushing.
Where could we get the cake ? The venue to hold it ? Which timing would be the best ? was the barrage of questions.
Overall, it was a success with everyone's contribution ! Thank you. (=
Took bus over with QinHui, Kristhen & KarDong, KaiYan, XinMin & JiaBao to ECP. Rented bicycles for 3 hours but we cycle only for an hour. LOLS !
Soon, Amin & his girlfriend came, followby Adam & co. then Albert, Peter & Benedict.
